Krmendale izlupati cekicem za meso ,zavagetiti, uvaljati u brasno i prziti ih na ulju ili masti sa obe strane,da porumene. Otprilike 70 % da budu gotove. Poslagati ih u tepsiju ili serpu,posuti sa persunom,malo belog luka.Zatim sve to naliti sa paradjz sokom.
